Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced proficiency with client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by growing relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists for solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve performance.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Provide courteous service and greet clients in-branch.
