Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including NMLS background check and financial responsibility requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Aufgaben

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, and other product lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand and retain relationships.
• Conducts consultative conversations and refers complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates fully in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Maintains a welcoming, courteous customer experience while assisting with teller transactions when needed.
