This role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong communication, and a service mindset to deliver a high-quality client experience. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, and adherence to regulatory requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client‑facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registered or eligible.
• Relationship Banker II: 1+ years of banking experience with consultative sales and lending capability.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
