Qualifications

• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register (loan/mortgage related) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach and ongoing relationship management.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Execute transactions and servicing activities accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to banking center growth and performance.
