Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach and ongoing relationship management.
• Achieve individual performance goals including account acquisition, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
• Execute transactions and servicing accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
