Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service and expand client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Engage in sales initiatives within the branch and act as an expert resource.
• Maintain knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through trainings.
• Advise on consumer lending options and process loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies; stay updated on policy changes.
