Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
Educate clients on digital banking solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
