Job summary

Truist Wealth is hiring for a Regular teller/client service role in Florida. The role focuses on delivering accurate transactions, educating clients on digital banking, and supporting branch sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will engage clients with a friendly approach, handle complex and standard transactions, and contribute to IRM delivery. The position requires basic PC skills, weekends availability, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for branch referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and maintain compliance with policies.
• Advance knowledge through training and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
