Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; may include weekends or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships through in-person and phone interactions.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering banking products.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for higher value opportunities.
• Participate fully in Leadership routines and sales meetings.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to improve service and sales.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
