Truist is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide an industry-leading client service experience both in person and by phone. You will develop and expand client relationships, offer financial solutions, and assist with teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include handling routine maintenance, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal specialists to address complex client needs. Compliance and ongoing product knowledge are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and successful background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and sales functions for deposits, credit, and services.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support the sales process.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and team activities.
• Advance sales knowledge through training and product knowledge sessions.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
