Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Pro-active and results oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations by outbound campaign calls, handling inbound inquiries, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby to meet sales goals.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and use the CRM to foster relationship-building and streamlined onboarding of new and existing customers.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• May serve as a Notary Public for their financial center.
