Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
