Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and promote banking solutions through modern tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

You will consult with clients, understand financial needs, and connect them to specialists, while adhering to risk and compliance obligations. The role requires weekend/evening hours and a high school degree; licensing path provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained via JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever and wherever they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
