• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and connect them to team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
