Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Wisconsin is seeking a Relationship Banker for our branch network. You will represent the brand and culture, delivering hospitality while using banking solutions and technology to assist clients.

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet client needs. The role requires sales experience in Retail Banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet risk and compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and tailor banking solutions.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
