JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients in our Wisconsin branch and offer thoughtful financial solutions. You will help clients with everyday banking, guide them through Chase mobile and online tools, and build lasting relationships through excellent service.

The role emphasizes hospitality, product knowledge, and collaboration with our team and branch experts to meet client needs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent required.
• Prefer college degree or military equivalent.
• Experience in sales or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly, attentive service.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions and self-service options.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
