Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Offer financial solutions based on consultative discussions and referrals to other partners.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Maintain client records and perform routine maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets by developing and retaining relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists and support the sales process.
