Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service in person and by phone, expanding relationships.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets through product recommendations.
