The candidate will advise on lending options, handle loan applications, and engage in proactive client maintenance. Required are strong communication, multi-tasking, and travel flexibility; weekends or extended hours may be required.

Qualificações

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.

Responsabilidades

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in all components of the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training sessions.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies; stays informed of policy changes.
• Ensures a consistent client service experience by engaging with clients during transactions and helping them navigate the branch.
