Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular (non-temporary) Retail Banker to deliver outstanding client service and build relationships for cross-sell opportunities. You will handle teller duties as needed, perform consultative conversations, and refer more complex financial goals to specialists.

The role emphasizes meeting branch targets, maintaining compliance, and participating in leadership routines while developing product knowledge through ongoing training.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and shifts
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours, with possible travel/overnights

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone to meet client needs
• Support attainment of branch sales targets through development and retention of client relationships
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists to support financial goals
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Greet clients, conduct transactions, and uncover needs to deliver consistent service
