Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client sales and service.
• Ability to source and prospect for new clients and relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including MS Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and ongoing regulatory requirements.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain routine client maintenance requests with problem resolution and sales.
• Work to meet/exceed client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings and product knowledge meetings to improve sales skills.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and support teller transactions to ensure service quality.
