Truist in Danville, VA is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while developing and expanding client relationships. You will offer financial solutions aligned with client needs and refer to specialists as needed.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties, adherence to controls and policies, and contributing to branch sales targets through consultative conversations and service excellence.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in client sales and service with ability to build and retain relationships.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed; weekend/extended hours may be required.
• Must be SAFE compliant per Mortgage Licensing Act and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades
