Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training to meet compliance standards.
• Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
