Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences across touchpoints.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone with tailored product explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk and compliance requirements and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; eligibility through JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
