JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch in New York. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using modern banking technology.

You will build lasting relationships by understanding client needs, educating them on products, and collaborating with a team of specialists while complying with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor product features and benefits to clients with different needs.
• Strong client relationship and issue resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor banking solutions accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
