JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at a Chase branch in New York.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and use our banking solutions and digital tools to address financial needs while delivering friendly, consultative service.

The role requires a service-first mindset, exceptional communication, ability to work branch hours including weekends, and compliance with regulatory requirements; licensing via the NMLS/FINRA as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Strong ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk compliance.
• Regulatory/licensing requirements including SIE/Series 6 and Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and earn trust.
• Educate clients on technology tools, like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, to support their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on solutions and coordinate with experts.
