Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and services to clients and connect them with team of experts for specialized needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com and guidance on use.
