Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63), and Life licenses required within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and collaborate with team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
