Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch-facing professional to build lasting relationships with customers. You will provide trusted financial advice and tailor solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing while promoting digital banking tools.

In this role you will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners and conduct outbound calls to grow the client base. Hours include weekends/evenings, with a focus on local community presence in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products in person or over the phone
• Proficiency with digital technology to support business goals
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and work with branch hours including weekends/evenings

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking options and advise on best use
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
• Follow all financial policies and regulations including proper cash handling
