Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to help acquire, manage, and retain client relationships in a branch setting. You will use financial knowledge to tailor solutions, promote digital tools, and ensure a high standard of hospitality and service.

You will address client needs, explain products clearly, and collaborate with a team of specialists to support complex financial goals, while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to deliver attentive, client-focused service and elevate the customer experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a regulated environment.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Regulatory training and compliance responsibilities must be met.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming, service-oriented behavior.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, online banking, ATMs) to meet needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
