Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and provide thoughtful financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to address needs and make lives easier.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, educating them on technology tools, and collaborating with a team of experts to fulfill complex financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school degree or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and related licenses required; licenses to be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
