Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and proactive financial guidance. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients’ needs and enhance their financial lives.

You will educate clients on digital tools, stay compliant with banking regulations, and work with a team of experts to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and deepening client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory requirements.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
