Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam and FINRA/State licenses required; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and connect clients to experts as needed.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise clients effectively.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
