Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success.
• Ability to educate clients on banking products and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills to tailor solutions to diverse needs.
• Comfort with regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to nurture relationships.
• Proactively understand financial needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
