Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at a branch, delivering hospitality while using banking solutions and financial technology to support clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet client needs and support branch success.

Responsibilities include proactively meeting clients, delivering consultative service, and educating customers on Chase digital tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication in person and on the phone.
• Strong problem solving with attention to detail.
• Meet risk, compliance obligations and training requirements.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6 and state licenses required (or pursued within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Consult with clients to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology and digital tools.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
