Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
