Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor banking solutions to those needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and recommend appropriate products.
• Learn and apply products, services, and procedures to consult effectively with clients and connect them to experts as needed.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while following bank policies.
