Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a Chase Branch and to build trusted relationships through tailored financial guidance. You will use banking solutions to help clients meet their financial needs and enhance their lives.

You will manage client relationships, assist with transactions, educate clients on Chase Mobile App and digital tools, and collaborate with our specialists while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone with ability to tailor product offers.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and meet client needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists as needed.
