You will work with a team of experts, adhere to regulatory requirements, and help customers navigate products while providing attentive service in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses or enroll in JPMorganChase program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear consultative communication to build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
