Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver warm, trusted service and help clients meet their financial needs with tailored solutions.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guide them through banking options using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent accepted).
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
