Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in the United States. You will represent our brand with hospitality, deliver attentive service, and leverage banking solutions to meet client needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, guiding product choices and using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist clients while collaborating with our team of experts and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (incl. 63 if required) and Life licenses required; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to our experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
