Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to meet branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses through the bank's program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in-branch.
• Acquire, manage, and retain client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively meet with clients to understand financial needs and outcomes.
