Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase branch to deliver hospitality and insightful financial guidance. You will attract, manage, and retain client relationships while leveraging banking solutions and technology to meet customers’ needs.

You will work to exceed client expectations, educate clients on digital tools, and ensure compliance with banking regulations, with a focus on delivering superior service in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Detail-oriented to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Licensing requirements must be met within company program.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
