Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand, deliver hospitality, and build lasting client relationships using modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, offering thoughtful financial solutions to address needs and enhance lives.

The role includes selling banking products, guiding clients through digital tools, and collaborating with specialists for complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Educate clients and connect them to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
