Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service.
• Adhere to risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensed via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships, in person and by phone.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and refer to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
