JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions using your banking knowledge and our digital tools to simplify clients’ lives.

You will work to deliver exceptional service, build trust, and collaborate with experts to meet clients’ needs while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires flexibility with branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits to diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; obtain within 180 days if unlicensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and enable self-service.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
