Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.

• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk and compliance obligations including required training.
• Must have high school degree or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses or enroll in JPMorganChase program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Guide clients to technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
