As a trusted advisor, you will educate clients on technology tools and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial scenarios, while adhering to risk and compliance requirements and branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required; licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - serve with a welcoming, attentive approach.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
