JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to build lasting client relationships and provide hospitality-driven service. You will use digital tools to support clients and identify thoughtful financial solutions, contributing to branch success and client satisfaction.

The role requires banking knowledge, strong communication, and weekend/evening availability. You will operate within regulatory guidelines and collaborate with a team of experts to address complex needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication: in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Must work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal policies.
