Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing must be pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
